What was your advocacy during the global Miss Earth pageant?

"The 3 Rs. REDUCE, REUSE, RECYCLE. I am a strong believer in waste management. Here in Canada, more specifically my hometown, Montreal, we are taught to segregate our waste. For as long as i can remember, I always had a garbage can and a blue bin. As a young girl, i did not realize that i was 'recycling' until i was older because it was implemented in me as a little girl. Being from Montreal, I picked up on many great habits of reducing, reusing and recycling, that i had to share it with my fellow delegates, as well as others on my journey at Miss Earth."

What are you currently getting up to back in Canada?

Now that I am back in Montreal,Canada, I am back to work. I am currently working as a Customer Service Sales Agent for a company called Aeroplan. Of course, I also make small appearances as Miss Earth Canada, spreading the word of environmental awareness, and i plan on doing a lot more work, especially with the youth. My passion for the cause has grown since my crowning. The more i learn about the issue, the more I want to share my knowledge with others. Other than that, it's great to be back home in Canada. As much as i miss the beautiful Philippines, there is no place like home. 

Your TOP green tip?

"REDUCE, REUSE, RECYCLE. If every nation can somehow develop a system that revolves around the 3 Rs, i'm convinced that this would contribute in the healing of Mother Nature."

Tell us your top 5 beauty secrets? We're all dying to know...

"Exercise, a good diet, good rest, moisturize the hands before going to sleep (random but my personal fav), and take care of your teeth because your smile is one of the first things that people see!"

And of course, what's your favourite shoe label?
This is a tough question...because i absolutely love shoes, but I would say my favourite show brand is Nine West. They have almost everything, from practical to sexy.
