Basil Pesto Recipe

Pesto is the easiest thing to make! Make a big batch and freeze the rest. I found these great Consol jars to store it in.





Basil Pesto:


  • 3C fresh basil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup almonds and cashews (can also use pine nuts)
  • 1/8 C lemon juice
  •  ½ tsp Himalayan seasalt
  • 1/2C olive oil
Blend all ingredients in a food processor/ blender
