Pesto is the easiest thing to make! Make a big batch and freeze the rest. I found these great Consol jars to store it in.
- 3C fresh basil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup almonds and cashews (can also use pine nuts)
- 1/8 C lemon juice
- ½ tsp Himalayan seasalt
- 1/2C olive oil
Blend all
ingredients in a food processor/ blender
